- Award
- Oregon residents: full UO tuition, fees, food and housing for four years. Out-of-state recipients: nonresident tuition and fees. All scholars: up to $12,000 in enrichment funds. About $125,000 (residents) or $185,000 (nonresidents) over four years.
- Deadline
- Fall 2027 dates not yet posted. For the 2026-2027 award: apply Early Action by November 1 and submit the Stamps application and admission materials by November 15.
- How to apply
- Separate Stamps Scholarship Application in the UO Scholarship Dashboard with four short-answer essays. Semifinalists interview on campus; finalists are interviewed by the Stamps Scholars Program.

- Who can apply
- Incoming domestic first-year students with a minimum 3.85 cumulative high school GPA on a 4.00 scale.
- Good to know
- About 20 awarded each year (10 Oregon residents, 10 out-of-state). Cannot be combined with most other UO scholarships, including the Presidential Scholarship. The page still describes the 2026-2027 award.
