- Both cover full tuition and fees, on-campus housing, a 7-day meal plan, an annual living stipend and mentoring from the Honors College dean. The page lists annual stipends of $2,000 and $4,000, a one-time $10,000 enrichment fund and a one-time $5,000 study abroad stipend, which differ between the two scholarships.

- Scholarship application by 11:59 p.m. EST on November 15, 2026. Complete GSU application by the November 15, 2026 priority deadline. Recommendation letter by November 20, 2026.

- Separate Stamps and Presidential Scholarship application with one letter of recommendation. Finalists attend Scholarship Day interviews in spring 2027; international students may interview virtually.

- Who can apply
- Incoming first-year students planning to attend the Atlanta campus in fall 2027 and pursuing a first bachelor's degree. Stamps requires living in Georgia and eligibility for HOPE or Zell Miller. Out-of-state and international students are eligible only for the Presidential Scholarship. No minimum GPA, but applicants must qualify for the Honors College. SAT and ACT scores are not considered.
