- $15,000 annual Honors scholarship plus a $12,000 Presidential Scholarship ($27,000 per year, $108,000 over four years), a $1,000 Global Study grant and a $1,000 thesis research grant. One Honors student each year is named the William R. Kenan, Jr. Honors Fellow with a full tuition scholarship.

- Separate Honors Program application. Selection is based on high school record, essays, teacher recommendations and a faculty interview. Sixty students are selected each year.
