Rensselaer Medal

- Award
- $40,000 per year, guaranteed for four years (five years for the B.Arch. program), a total of $160,000, for each Medalist who is accepted and enrolls at Rensselaer.
- Deadline
- High school nominations are due by May 1 of the student's junior year (displayed without a year). For current seniors, the nomination window was in spring of junior year.
- How to apply
- Students do not apply. Officials at each participating high school nominate one outstanding math and science student in the junior class through the secure medal website. Medalists who then apply to Rensselaer, are accepted and enroll receive the scholarship.

- Good to know
- Seniors who already received the Medal as juniors should apply to Rensselaer to use it. RPI gives only the single highest merit award a student qualifies for; awards are not combined.
