- Full tuition and room and board at Ithaca College for all four years, as long as scholars maintain high grades and a consistent record of service and leadership. Awarded regardless of financial need. About 4 to 5 awards are likely each year.

- Nov 15, 2026Complete the Common Application (recommended no later than ), then the Park Scholar application in IC Connect by December 1, 2026. Finalists notified by January 25, 2027
- Feb 6-8, 2027Finalist Weekend over Zoom
- How to apply
- Apply to Ithaca College with a preferred major in the Roy H. Park School of Communications, then submit the Park Scholar application in IC Connect: three essays, two additional recommendation letters (from people who did not write for the Common App) and a personal history or resume. Finalists take part in individual and group interviews.

- Who can apply
- US citizens or eligible non-citizens applying as first-year students to an undergraduate major in the Roy H. Park School of Communications. Transfer students are not eligible. No minimum GPA or test score is set.
