- For National Merit Semifinalists entering in fall 2027: full tuition (excluding summers) for four years and basic housing (upgrades at the student's cost), plus the NMSC National Merit Finalist Scholarship (minimum $750, if eligible).
- Deadline
- By Nov. 1: submit all admission materials, complete an official campus visit, attend an on-campus in-person Semifinalist interview, and send two recommendation letters. Submit the Intent to Enroll form by May 1.
- How to apply
- Be a National Merit Semifinalist, complete the application, campus visit, in-person interview and two letters (one academic, one non-academic) by Nov. 1, designate Tulsa as first choice with NMSC by the final deadline, and commit by May 1.

- National Merit Semifinalists with a minimum weighted GPA of 4.0 (on a 4.0 scale). NMSC requires entrants to be US citizens or US lawful permanent residents intending to become citizens.
