- Legal U.S. residents of AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TN or TX, age 16 or older, with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0; high school seniors are eligible if they begin college no later than the 2027-2028 academic year. No Regions banking relationship required.

- Judged by an independent panel on inspiration (50), creativity and originality (25) and quality (25); no public vote or random draw. Entries must be created without AI. A person may win only one quarterly prize.
