- Who can apply
- High school seniors graduating from a Texas high school who participated in an approved college readiness program in grades 11 and 12, are Pell Grant eligible, have at least a 2.4 GPA, and plan to enroll at an accredited four-year public college or university in Texas.

- The current official eligibility list is Texas-only (Texas high school and Texas public four-year college). Participation in an approved college readiness program is required.
