Who can apply

US citizens enrolled full time as high school seniors with adjusted gross family income of $100,000 or less, who show integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity and take part in co-curricular and community service activities; minimum GPA 2.0 (state awards) or 2.5 (Denny Sanford awards); must start a bachelor's degree right after high school.
