- First-generation immigrant students who are undocumented (with or without DACA or TPS), arrived in the US before age 16, have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale, show significant unmet financial need (not Pell eligible), qualify for in-state tuition at a partner college and enroll full time in an associate or bachelor's program.

- Usable only at about 80 partner colleges (Texas institutions, online programs and most private colleges excluded). Arrival and graduation cutoff dates are set per cycle; confirm them when the next round opens.
