- US citizens, nationals or permanent residents (citizens of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and Palau also eligible) enrolling or continuing as degree-seeking undergraduates at a US accredited college, without a prior bachelor's degree. Students from all backgrounds may apply.

- Selection prioritizes significant financial need, first-generation students and those at or below the poverty line. Funded by corporate and foundation partners including FedEx, Nike, McDonald's, Disney, Toyota and the Walmart Foundation. The eligibility text still cites fall 2026 enrollment; confirm when the application opens.
