- Graduating high school seniors from a geographic area and/or high school invited to apply, with a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale, demonstrated financial need and commitment to community service, enrolling full time at a US accredited not-for-profit university.

- Invitation-only by area or school (TGR Learning Labs are in Anaheim, Atlanta, Augusta, Los Angeles and Philadelphia). Scholars must attend a summer Pre-College Retreat and Scholarship Orientation.
