- U.S. citizen high school seniors, graduates or undergraduates who are children of regular active duty, active duty Reserve or active duty National Guard U.S. Army members or of honorably discharged Army veterans (or spouses of enlisted soldiers), with a minimum 2.0 GPA, family AGI of $160,000 or less, under 24 (children of active members), and no prior bachelor's degree.
