Airmen Memorial Foundation Scholarship Program

Award

$1,000 to $5,000 (including the $5,000 Major General Alfred K. Flowers Scholarship and several $2,000 to $2,500 named awards)

Deadline

Application packages must be submitted no later than April 15 (2027 cycle not yet confirmed).

Who can apply

Unmarried children, adopted children or stepchildren (age 23 or younger) of active duty, retired or veteran USAF, Air National Guard or Air Force Reserve members, who are high school seniors or full-time undergraduates accepted to an accredited college, have a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and depend on parents for over half of their support.

Good to know

Primarily academic; certain awards also consider disability, parent POW/MIA/KIA status, or extreme financial hardship. Scholarships are also promoted by the Air Force Sergeants Association.
