Who can apply

Graduating high school seniors, high school graduates or undergraduates who are dependent children, stepchildren or non-uniformed spouses of U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officers.

Good to know

Applications are scored by a panel of Chiefs and Senior Chiefs at the Senior Enlisted Academy using standard criteria; the merit/need balance is not published.
