- High school graduates accepted for undergraduate enrollment at an accredited college who are children or grandchildren of current or former U.S. Navy, Marine Corps or Coast Guard Naval Aviators, Naval Flight Officers or Naval Aircrewmen, or of anyone who served aboard a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier.
- Good to know
- Awards are merit-based, except Gold Star students (who lost an active-duty parent-sponsor) are funded regardless of merit. Special enlisted scholarships and STEM emphasis.
