- Who can apply
- Cochlear Nucleus implant recipients who are high school graduates or undergraduate/graduate students at accredited institutions; U.S. or Canadian citizens; minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA; at least 18 or with parental consent.

- Because applicants must be high school graduates, a fall 2027 entrant would typically apply in the cycle that closes September 30, 2027. Also open to Canadian citizens. Selection on academic achievement and commitment to leadership and humanity.
