- Class of 2027: complete the Promise Scholarship application and FAFSA by March 1, 2027

- Who can apply
- West Virginia residency for 12 consecutive months before the deadline; complete graduation requirements at a West Virginia high school; overall GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; ACT composite 21 or SAT 1080 by the July ACT or June SAT test date (superscores accepted for 2027-28); U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
