Who can apply

Legal resident of Mississippi for one year; high school GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale; ACT 15 (superscores accepted); enroll full time at an approved Mississippi institution; must be eligible for less than the maximum Federal Pell Grant based on the FAFSA.

Eligibility depends on FAFSA results (students eligible for the maximum Pell Grant are excluded). Only usable at approved Mississippi colleges.
