- Up to $10,000 per academic year for tuition, mandatory fees, room and board, for 4 years ($40,000 total). Can be combined with the Academic Challenge Scholarship.

- Annual deadline: March 1 (displayed without a year); qualifying ACT/SAT scores must be earned by the end of February

- Apply through ADHE SAMS and complete the FAFSA

- Test scores (check whether they are optional)
- Who can apply
- Arkansas resident for 12 months; U.S. citizen or permanent resident (or student or parent with an Employment Authorization Document); graduating high school senior with an ACT composite or superscore of 32 or SAT 1410 AND a 3.5 cumulative GPA.
- Good to know
- Only usable at approved Arkansas institutions. Renewal requires a 3.25 GPA. Students who miss the score deadline may be considered for the non-distinguished Governor's Scholars award with a Diploma of Distinction.
