- Per semester, for courses beginning on or after July 1, 2026: Honors $2,360, Performance $1,770, Opportunity $1,180, Provisional Opportunity $1,180. Up to 8 full-time semesters (Provisional: 4, must start at a Wyoming community college).

- Apply at the time you apply for admission or before the semester begins; must apply and enroll within two years of graduation

- Apply directly to the eligible Wyoming community college (college-specific application) or the University of Wyoming (no separate application); submit transcript and scores

- Wyoming resident; U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Honors: 3.5 GPA and ACT 25; Performance: 3.0 and ACT 21; Opportunity: 2.5 and ACT 19; Provisional: 2.5 and ACT 17 (or WorkKeys 12). Must complete the Hathaway Success Curriculum for the level. AP, IB and dual/concurrent courses are weighted.
