Award

For 2026 graduates: tuition only (up to 18 credits per semester), less any State and Federal grants and scholarships, for up to five semesters at the home county college.

Deadline

For 2026 graduates, FAFSA or NJ Alternative Application by September 15, 2026 for fall/spring; 2027 dates not yet published

Apply to your home county college and file the FAFSA or NJ Alternative Financial Aid Application; county colleges notify eligible students

Who can apply

New Jersey resident ranked in the top 15.0% of the class at the end of junior or senior year who completes a rigorous course of study; U.S. citizen, eligible non-citizen, or eligible NJ Alternative Application filer living in New Jersey 12 months before graduation; enroll full time at the home county college.
