Award

For the class of 2026: up to $800 per semester for up to four semesters ($3,200 total), toward tuition and general fees after other state aid.

Deadline

Class of 2027 application dates not yet posted (the class of 2026 application ran January 5 to March 20, 2026)

What you'll need

• A separate scholarship application
• The FAFSA (or CSS Profile)

Who can apply

Graduate from a Utah high school; 3.3 cumulative high school GPA; complete 3 advanced courses (one AP, IB or Concurrent Enrollment course each in math, science and language arts); complete the FAFSA. Must enroll full time at an eligible Utah institution the fall after graduation.

Good to know

USHE states class of 2027 dates, award amounts and any legislative updates will be posted later. Usable at listed Utah public institutions and BYU (Provo), Ensign College, WGU and Westminster University.
