- Up to $5,000 per academic year, renewable for up to four years. A career-technical track pays $3,000 per year for up to three years.

- Complete the Idaho State Board of Education general scholarship application with a 500-word personal essay, documentation of volunteer work, community leadership and public service, and two letters of recommendation.
