- Complete one common application online at cfneia.org/scholarships with transcript, activities summary, essay and a letter of recommendation. Some funds require extra materials or apply through schools.

- High school seniors, college students and adult learners in the foundation's 24-county Northeast Iowa region (including Black Hawk, Benton, Bremer and Winneshiek). Individual funds have their own residency, school, major, merit and need rules.
