- How to apply
- Create an account and apply in the Foundation's NextGen online scholarship system; gather the documents listed in the Scholarship Applicant Guidebook first.
- Who can apply
- Frederick County residents for most funds (Trumpower scholarships for Carroll County residents): high school seniors, current post-secondary students and nontraditional students age 21+.

- About 60% of the scholarships consider financial need.
