- District level: $1,500 (1st), $1,000 (2nd), $750 (3rd), $100 all others; club and area prizes also awarded

- 2027 dates not yet posted; in 2026 club contests were due March 14, area contests March 25, and the District Championship was April 11, 2026.
- How to apply
- Compete at a Rotary club contest; top two advance to area, then district.

- A speech or recorded oration
- A finalist round or selection weekend

- Open to all high school students in Rotary District 5930 (South Texas).
- Good to know
- Five to seven minute speech applying the Four-Way Test; judged on content (50%), organization (30%) and delivery (20%).
