- Covers 100% of tuition and applicable fees at a Florida public institution (comparable fixed amount at eligible private institutions); summer terms can be covered. Top FAS scholars in each district receive an additional per credit hour award.
- Deadline
- Submit the Florida Financial Aid Application (FFAA) between October 1, 2026 and August 31, 2027 (2027 graduates). Tests must be taken on or before August 31 of the graduation year.

- Florida resident and U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen; standard Florida high school diploma; 16 college-preparatory courses; 3.50 weighted Bright Futures GPA in those courses; for 2026-27 graduates ACT 29, CLT 95, or SAT 1330; 100 volunteer service hours, 100 paid work hours, or 100 combined hours. National Merit Finalists/Scholars, AP Capstone, AICE Diploma and IB Diploma recipients have alternate qualifying paths. Must enroll at an eligible Florida institution.

- Only usable at eligible Florida colleges. Renewal requires a 3.0 unweighted college GPA. Requirements can change each legislative session.
