- Florida resident and U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen; standard Florida high school diploma; 16 college-preparatory courses; 3.00 weighted Bright Futures GPA; for 2026-27 graduates ACT 24, CLT 82, or SAT 1190; 75 volunteer service hours, 100 paid work hours, or 100 combined hours. Must enroll at an eligible Florida institution.
