- Award applied toward standard undergraduate tuition at eligible Georgia public colleges (up to 15 hours) or a set amount at eligible private colleges (up to 12 hours). See GSFC award amount tables.
- Deadline
- Application deadline is the last day of the school term or the student's withdrawal date, whichever occurs first. Apply as early as possible.
- How to apply
- Complete the FAFSA or the Georgia Student Finance Application (GSFAPP); HOPE GPA is calculated from transcript data your Georgia high school submits

- No separate application: you are considered when you apply for admission

- Georgia resident; U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen; graduate from an eligible high school with a minimum 3.0 calculated HOPE GPA and at least four full rigor credits from the Academic Rigor Course List; enroll as a degree-seeking student at a HOPE-eligible college in Georgia.
- Good to know
- Only usable at HOPE-eligible colleges in Georgia. Out-of-state and some home study graduates are evaluated manually.
