- Who can apply
- Louisiana resident; U.S. citizen or permanent resident; BESE-approved high school; 19.0 units of the TOPS Core Curriculum. Opportunity: 2.50 TOPS core GPA and ACT of at least the prior-year state average but never less than 20. Performance: 3.25 core GPA and ACT 23. Honors: 3.50 core GPA and ACT 27 (SAT equivalents accepted). Must enroll full time by the first semester after the first anniversary of graduation.
