- Louisiana resident; U.S. citizen or permanent resident; BESE-approved high school; minimum 3.50 TOPS Core Curriculum GPA; 19.0 TOPS core units; minimum ACT 31 (34 for Louisiana residents graduating from an eligible out-of-state high school). Enroll full time as a first-time freshman.

- Added by Act 347 of 2025, starting with 2024-25 graduates. Only usable at eligible Louisiana institutions. ACT superscores are not accepted.
