- Who can apply
- Permanent residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Vermont with a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale and skilled writing. Must show unmet financial need of $7,000 or more at their chosen college and a Student Aid Index of 13,000 or less. US citizen, or noncitizen with current lawful presence and employment authorization. Must enroll full time in a first bachelor's degree.
