Opens October 1, 2026. Submit on or before February 10, 2027.

Who can apply

Vermont residents unless a fund says otherwise; US citizens or eligible noncitizens. Some funds require financial need; others weigh academics, community service and other merit factors. Individual funds have their own residency, school, major, merit and need rules.
