This is a group of awards reached through one application. Each award inside it has its own rules.
- Award
- More than 150 scholarship funds; 445 scholarships totaling $1.7 million in fiscal year 2025. One application considers you for up to 4 scholarships.
- Deadline
- 2027 deadline not yet posted; the 2026 application ran January 8 to April 15, 2026 (extended).
- How to apply
- Apply online through the Scholarship America portal with an official transcript, FAFSA Submission Summary (Student Aid Index), essay and letter(s) of recommendation.

- Who can apply
- Graduating high school seniors or current college students who live in, are native to, graduated from or attend high school in Fairfield County. Minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA (some funds require 3.0 or higher). Applicants must show financial need.
- Good to know
- Need-based program. Competitive senior awards focus on the Greater Bridgeport area; other funds run through high school guidance offices. Undocumented students are told to contact the Foundation.
