- Who can apply
- Florida residents (proof of legal Florida residency required) who are high school seniors attending an undergraduate college, or current undergraduate or graduate students. Out-of-state colleges allowed if the applicant intends to return to work in Florida. Any major; Realtors and their families may apply.
- Good to know
- Selection considers academic achievement, financial need, leadership, relationship to the Realtor family, and contributions to family, school and community. Real estate and related majors get priority consideration.
